Loneliness Is Tough

Loneliness is not uncommon, but it isn’t spoken about enough. More than 15% of Australians who are lonely will likely become depressed. The aspects of modern living can make us more lonely than ever as there is far more separation in our lives than ever before. Not living near extended families, social media, living abroad or far away from our loved ones.

Whatever your reason, we will not judge you. We ask you to take a step and pick up your phone.
